Auctus Property Fund V LP has invested in the development, construction and operation of The Apex at Acre 21, a premium multi-family apartment complex located in Regina, Saskatchewan. The Apex at Acre 21 consists of 176 apartment units. The Apex at Acre 21 is a vibrant apartment community with modern amenities like a clubhouse, fitness centre, pool and resident- focused services.
Its objectives are to:
- Develop and construct and operate the project resulting in its fair value being substantially in excess of its cost, providing a strong development profit to investors;
- Provide unitholders with long-term, stable and predictable quarterly cash distributions;
- Grow funds from operations, sustainable distributions and unit value through the active management of its properties, accretive acquisitions and strong financial management; and
- Reinvest capital within the property portfolio in order to maximize earnings and cash flow potential.
The Auctus V LP property portfolio is located in Southeast Regina adjacent to the new Acre 21 mixed-use retail development in the Greens on Gardiner subdivision. When completed, Acre 21 will offer a wide range of retail goods and services to tenants. Acre 21 will feature a 'main-street' design with 'residential over amenity' retail buildings, complemented by a water feature, outdoor gathering areas and an array of dining options. These features will help to attract premium tenants and rents and thereby maximize unit value.
The fund is fully subscribed and no longer accepting subscriptions for investment, having achieved its fundraising capital requirements.
