Auctus Property Fund IV LP has invested in the development, construction and operation of The Pinnacle II at Bridgwater, a premium multi-family apartment complex located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Pinnacle II at Bridgwater consists of 208 apartment units. The Pinnacle II at Bridgwater is a sister property to the adjacent property, The Pinnacle at Bridgwater.
Its objectives are to:
- Develop and construct and operate the project resulting in its fair value being substantially in excess of its cost, providing a strong development profit to investors;
- Provide unitholders with long-term, stable and predictable quarterly cash distributions;
- Grow funds from operations, sustainable distributions and unit value through the active management of its properties, accretive acquisitions and strong financial management; and
- Reinvest capital within the property portfolio in order to maximize earnings and cash flow potential.
The Auctus IV LP property portfolio is located in Southwest Winnipeg at Bridgwater Trails, the fourth and newest neighbourhood to be developed as part of the Neighbourhoods of Bridgwater. With over 70 acres of open space, mature forest and lakes, the community includes several kilometers of wide sidewalks and scenic pathways inviting residents to walk, cycle and enjoy nature all year round. The neighbourhood includes eight lakes, two separate children's play areas and a central park with a fountain.
